If you wish to return an item bought from TF Tuned please print and complete the downloadable returns form below.

**Make sure the items are unused and in the original packaging**

You will need:

- your web order number or invoice number

- the product description of the item you are returning

- the product description/ ID of any item you'd like in exchange

What is your return policy?

If you ordered the wrong item; no longer require the item; were sent the wrong item; or the item is faulty - simply return the item to us in its original condition & packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.  

Please note custom mount kits that are made to order cannot be returned/ refunded.

Please contact us on 01373 826800 before returning suspension products. Any suspension (fork, shock, seatpost) return must be unused, unmarked and in its original sale condition with the box/packaging unmarked.  TF Tuned reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the returned product is not in its original, resale condition on receipt. 

Returned 'Built to Order' suspension products are subject to a 15% administration fee which will be deducted from the invoice value paid. 

How do I return my item (s)?

Simply complete the Returns Form and include it when you send your item.  We recommend obtaining 'proof of postage' or using a 'signed for/ tracked' service when sending valuable items. Please ensure that you package items carefully, ensuring that the original packaging is covered and not directly marked or taped.

Do I need to contact you before returning an item?

For suspension returns please call us first on 01373 826800. You do not need to contact us before sending your parts return.  Simply complete the Returns Form and send it to the TF Tuned address on the Returns Form and our Contact Us page.

Where do I find my weborder or invoice number?

Your weborder number will be on your order email & despatch confirmation email. Your invoice number is in the top right hand corner of the paper invoice that accompanied your item delivery (contained in the 'Documents Enclosed' wallet).
