TF Tuned Shox is an independent business that sets great store by its customer service. We hate it if things go wrong and we always try our best to straighten them out. We do however still need to be mindful of the small print so here are our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully - and if anything at all is bothering you just drop us a line or pick up the phone. Sometimes it's better to talk.
These terms and conditions will apply to service work, webshop orders, transactions placed over the telephone or by mail order with TF Tuned Shox. Please read them carefully before booking a service or placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
All service work is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of repair to be free from defects in workmanship. Any product that is returned within this period and is found to be defective in workmanship will be repaired free of charge. This guarantee does not apply to products that have not been properly installed, maintained, adjusted correctly or simply misused. Neither does it cover product/component failure or wear and tear.
It is your responsibility to check the operation of your fork or shock within the warranty period.
Payment will be taken when the job is completed. If you need extra work/parts to complete the job, we will call you to discuss options and authorise any additional payment first.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Debit/Credit card -Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and Solo
- Bank Transfer - email us for details
If you are sending you fork or shock to us it is your responsibility to ensure that it is adequately insured with whichever carrier you use. Our carrier insurance covers the return to you.
If you arrange a collection, the parcel must be available as booked. If the parcel is not ready or the carrier is unable to collect due to incomplete/ inaccurate instructions, a £12 ‘failed collection charge' will be added to your invoice.
Web Shop / Telephone / Mail Order Payment
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction via secure server, over the telephone or by mail order. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo and PayPal. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
Web Shop / Telephone / Mail Order Lead Times
We usually dispatch goods of in stock items within 1 working day (exlcudes Sat & Sun). Where we obtain products to order for you, it usually takes 2-3 days but if for any reason there is a problem, we will notify you so that you can change or cancel your order if necessary.
UK: DPD Local for forks and shocks and Royal Mail for parts delivery.
Europe: FedEx & DHL parcels for the delivery of new forks and serviced suspension, Royal Mail International Signed For/ Airsure service for all other items, which means they will be delivered with your regular mail but will need signing for.
Rest of the world: Royal Mail International Signed for service, which means they will be delivered with your regular mail but will need signing for. FedEx for serviced suspension & new suspension items.

Sales Tax on International (Channel Islands and ex-EU) Orders
We automatically deduct VAT (UK sales tax) from your invoice but please do remember that you are liable for all duties and taxes payable at point of entry into your country.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you order the wrong size mount kit or spring, we are happy to exchange it within 14 days providing it is returned with the original undamaged packing and is unused and unmarked. Postage will be due on the exchanged item and we can take payment for this over the phone.
Picking mistakes do sometime happen, and if we supply the wrong part please let us know so that we can correct the mistake. In the case of picking errors we will refund your postage costs on the returned item. Please use our returns form for all parts orders.
You may return your order unused, within 14 days for a refund if you no longer require it, provided it is returned with its original undamaged packaging and is unused and unmarked. Please note, we do not refund postage unless items were supplied in error or are faulty.
Faulty goods will be replaced with the same item or suitable equivalent, as appropriate.
TF Tuned cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods so please ensure you use Recorded or Special Delivery as appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning.
Products, Prices & Content
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless exempt.
Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst huge effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. (If you spot a howler, please do let us know so we can put it right.)
We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
TF Tuned does not either have access to, or keep your credit or debit card details. We process payment via the SagePay (formerly Protox) service, which uses secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe and that information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing a locked padlock icon or an image of a key in the bar at the base of your screen.
TF Tuned collects and stores the information we need to service your suspension, process your order and contact you regarding them. This will include name, address, delivery address, telephone number and email address. This information is shared with delivery and payment partners so we can get your order to you but no one else. TF Tuned does NOT share its customer details with any other companies.
We do send newsletters containing updated service details, new product launches and offers from time to time - but if it all gets too much then hit the unsubscribe link.
TF Tuned uses tracking Cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve the website. You see? We always have your shopping ease at heart... This information is only used for statistical analysis purposes and no personally identifiable information is stored. All web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can modify your browser security settings to block them - although you should be warned that changing Cookie settings can adversely effect the performance of the website - or on other words, you probably won't be able to place orders...
