Great news – in the last 12 months lots more people have started riding bikes! However, this has resulted in a huge increase in the demand for suspension and suspension related parts in a year when manufacturing was both reduced and delayed by the effects of the COVID 19 global pandemic.
We have been working hard for the last year to ensure that we can continue to provide consistent service support for all our customers. This includes securing the supply of new suspension products [forks, shocks and seatposts] across the range of brands that we sell.
But …. supply is challenging and nearly all new suspension is on lead times with limited availability. We are doing our very best to make sure our webpages reflect stock levels, however, if the information is showing an ‘available to pre-order’ or ‘available to order’ message against the product you are interested in, then this means it will be subject to a [variable] lead time. Pre-ordering is the best way to ensure you get stock from incoming drops but if you have a question before you place your order then please do call or email us on service@tftuned.com for information.
