The first day of winter ...
 
It’s December, the winter solstice and it’s very nearly Christmas.  You may be in a flat out frenzy of organising and procuring or perhaps you are relaxing with zen like calm, glass in hand, content in the knowledge that your preparations are complete.  Wherever you are in this whirlwind week everyone at TF Tuned sends you warm wishes for Christmas and for a peaceful New Year.
 
It’s been another record year here at TF Tuned with literally thousands (our numbers say approaching 6,500 this year) of suspension units passing through the hands of our skilled team of technicians. That’s a lot of suspension (!) and we’d like to thank all our lovely customers and suppliers for keeping us so busy this year.
 
Moving into 2017 we are excited to have some new brands in the workshop – in particular check out the new offerings from Ohlins and Bike Yoke below, which are the perfect mix of shiny bling and downright practical. Introducing the Bike Yoke! Frustrated by suspension compatibility issues for Specialized frame owners, Bike Yoke have come up with a replacement link that allows Specialized owners to run standard eyelet shocks in their frames.  Just brilliant.

Vorsprung Luftkappe
We are really pleased to be stocking Vorsprung Suspension’s latest suspension upgrade. 
 
The Luftkappe is a new air piston assembly for RockShox’s current generation Solo Air Pike, Yari and Lyrik forks. The Luftkappe is user installable (remember to order the special tool when you buy the piston kit) simple to set up, and in the words of Vorsprung turns a ‘good fork into a great fork’.

Now in stock at TF Tuned - MRP’s Ramp Control Upgrade Cartridge for RockShox Solo Air Forks (Pike, Lyrk, Yari).
 
Install the Ramp Control and you can do away with those pesky bottomless tokens and make adjustments on the fly.  The cartridge is easy to install and adds speed-sensitive ending-stroke control and bottom-out force adjustability.

  PUSH Industries Eleven Six Shock - Second Generation
Second Generation PUSH Eleven Six shocks are now in stock!
 
The updated 11/6 features PUSH’s exclusive Micro-XD coating for the shock body and shaft making it more durable and reducing friction.  PUSH has also increased the reservoir volume by 11.6% improving thermal stability for long descents. A redesigned piston improves flow path and with increased port volume giving you even better control over successive hits.
