Product Description

Spring Extenders to suit our SiCr springs, and any other 38mm ID spring.

CNC'd from an advanced homopolymer, the spacer not only extends the length of the spring, for useable preload range, but also reduces friction as the spring naturally wants to rotate as it's compressed.

All this leads to a more consistent and reactive feel, increasing grip and giving you the same feel, all the time.

Spring length will be extended by 21mm.

The 21mm Split variant is a 3D printed spacer, which is held together with a dovetail joint, allowing fitment to shocks with stroke spacers and/or eyelet bearings (where the normal spacer won't fit over).

It's made using Onyx - a flagship Composite Base material. It's a Carbon Fibre filled Nylon, which is much stronger than other 3D printed materials like PLA or ABS. In fact it is around 15% stronger, thus allowing us to produce much more robust parts. Includes a performance washer to reduce friction.

FAQ's

Why do I need one? When using a high performance spring like our SiCr Springs, you may have an issue wit hthe spring being too sort for the range of your preload adjuster. This will extend the length of the spring, allowing normal preload adjustment range.

Why would i need the Split version? Shocks like the Rockshox Super Deluxe Coil have a large diameter stroke spacer fitted, which is too large for the normal extender to pass over. Also any bear mounts fitted are also too large for the standard extender to fit over.

Delivery

For spare parts, if they are in stock we will send them out the same day if we receive the order before midday (except weekends). If we receive the order after midday, we will do our best to despatch them same day, but it may be the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday. We normally send spare parts by Royal Mail post (see below or our 'Shipping' page for cost/delivery times).

Forks, shocks and large/heavy orders go by courier. UK deliveries are with DPD Local, for overseas customers it's DPD, FedEx or DHL. In all cases these are fully tracked services and you'll need to sign for the delivery - please provide a suitable address with extra instructions if necessary.

Returns

You may return your order unused, within 14 days for a refund if you no longer require it, provided it is returned with its original undamaged packaging and is unused and unmarked. Please note, we do not refund postage unless items were supplied in error or are faulty.

Picking mistakes do sometime happen. If we supply the wrong part or there are parts missing from your order please let us know within 14 days of receipt so that we can correct the mistake. In the case of picking errors we will refund your postage costs on the returned item.

Faulty goods will be replaced with the same item or a suitable equivalent, as appropriate.
