Returns - Web Shop Parts Only

If you wish to return an item bought from TF Tuned's Webshop please print and complete the downloadable returns form below.


**Make sure the items are unused and in the original packaging**

You will need:

- your web order number or invoice number

- the product description of the item you are returning

- the product description/ ID of any item you'd like in exchange

What is your return policy?

If you ordered the wrong item; no longer require the item; were sent the wrong item; or the item is faulty - simply return the item to us in its original condition & packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.  

How do I return my item (s)?

Simply complete the Returns Form and include it when you send your item.  We recommend obtaining 'proof of postage' or using a 'signed for/ tracked' service when sending valuable items. Please ensure that you package items carefully.

Do I need to contact you before returning an item?

You do not need to contact us before sending your return.  Simply complete the Returns Form and send it to the TF Tuned address on the Returns Form and our Contact Us page.

Where do I find my weborder or invoice number?

Your weborder number will be on your order email & despatch confirmation email.  Your invoice number is in the top right hand corner of the paper invoice that accompanied your item delivery (contained in the 'Documents Enclosed' wallet).
