Adds speed-sensitive ending-stroke control and bottom-out force adjustability to compatible forks.

Just 55 g! Lighter than most air-spring assemblies with more than two tokens.

Isolate and tune bottom-out with minimal changes to initial and mid-stroke.

Bring your tuning to the trail and out of the workshop!

Easy installation requires little time and few tools - no lower-leg removal required.

RS 35mm Ramp Control Cartridge Model A

2013-2016 Pike forks with 15x100 axle spacing and 2010 and newer Boxxer World Cup (air-sprung) forks. Solo air models only. Recommended for 140mm+ 29”, 27.5+, 26” and 27.5” forks.

2015 and newer Pike forks with "Boost" 15x110 axle spacing and all 2017 and newer Pike forks (regardless of axle spacing). Recommended for 140mm+ 29”, 27.5+, 26” and 27.5” forks

Delivery

For spare parts, if they are in stock we will send them out the same day if we receive the order before midday (except weekends). If we receive the order after midday, we will do our best to despatch them same day, but it may be the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday. We normally send spare parts by Royal Mail post (see below or our 'Shipping' page for cost/delivery times).

Forks, shocks and large/heavy orders go by courier. UK deliveries are with DPD Local, for overseas customers it's DPD, FedEx or DHL. In all cases these are fully tracked services and you'll need to sign for the delivery - please provide a suitable address with extra instructions if necessary.

Returns

You may return your order unused, within 14 days for a refund if you no longer require it, provided it is returned with its original undamaged packaging and is unused and unmarked. Please note, we do not refund postage unless items were supplied in error or are faulty.

Picking mistakes do sometime happen. If we supply the wrong part or there are parts missing from your order please let us know within 14 days of receipt so that we can correct the mistake. In the case of picking errors we will refund your postage costs on the returned item.

Faulty goods will be replaced with the same item or a suitable equivalent, as appropriate.

TF Tuned cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of returned goods so please ensure you use a tracked and/or insured service as appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning.

"Had the choice of an EXT Era or a Pike for my new build and ended up going for the Pike because I've had so much success with that fork on my existing build. Wouldn't have ever gone for the Pike without the MRP cartridge though. Total game changer being able to ramp up the fork for the steep stuff, especially riding a hardtail where the head angle gets so impacted by fork dive. I went without the MRP for a few days once and instantly missed it. It genuinely improves the way the fork rides and requires zero servicing. Allows me to run a slightly lower pressure to improve small bump performance but then to ramp up to stop mid-stroke dive. The EXT may have been 5% better with a lot of tuning but the Rockshox are so reliable, easy to service and half the price!"

"MRP Ramp Control Cartridge - Second one of these that I've had after being an idiot and breaking the first one by over-torquing the top bolt. Transforms the fork and allows easy adjustment. Really good with the hardtail to ramp it up on steep stuff to stop the fork diving and steepening the bike but can back it off for flatter trails for a plusher feel. It's not exactly hi-tech stuff, just an adjustable volume spacer, but it makes a big difference."

"A doddle to fit. Weighs less then the rockshox air cap and the three plastic tokens I had fitted originally. Offers more adjustability on the fly... it looks the part, and it does exactly what it says on the tin. I highly recommend this upgrade to anyone who wants a super supple initial stroke for small bump sensitivity but also wants the fork to stand up in its travel more towards the mid/end of the travel to help prevent the front end diving under breaking and cornering, as well as a more bottomless feel when the forks are subjected to bigger hits and drops. What more can I say. Worth every penny. "

On trail adjustment of the ramp up characteristics when needed for jump lines etc. Maintains the sensitivity of the fork when resistance to big hits is not required through its clever use of air ports rather than adjusting the air volume in the fork."
