Product Description

With the Triggy Alpha, we are setting new standards for seat post remote levers, as it has been developed to meet the highest demands.

After our Triggy has enjoyed great popularity on the market for several years and has also proven itself in the World Cup among many test pilots and professional athletes, the Triggy Alpha now raises the bar even higher.

As well as two different lever lengths, the lever can also be rotated by 360 degrees, making it even easier to achieve the perfect position.

And to eliminate any remaining resistance and make actuation even smoother, a high-quality stainless steel ball bearing is fitted to the lever.

Furthermore the SRAM Matchmaker standard (MMX) of the Triggy also allows direct mounting on your brake lever. However, this requires the use of a suitable adapter, such as our I-Spec adapter for Shimano brake levers.

Mounting Options

Triggys are always mounted left side under the handlebar, similar to your derailleur shifter on the right side.
You can mount them via our BikeYoke Splits clamp on the handlebar or you can bolt them directly to your brake lever with a small adapter to save the extra clamp and keep your cockpit clean.
An overview of compatible brakes and adapters can be found below.
For Shimano brakes we offer our own BikeYoke I-Spec adapters and for other brands you will find adapters from your brake manufacturer directly.

Delivery

For spare parts, if they are in stock we will send them out the same day if we receive the order before midday (except weekends). If we receive the order after midday, we will do our best to despatch them same day, but it may be the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday. We normally send spare parts by Royal Mail post (see below or our 'Shipping' page for cost/delivery times).

Forks, shocks and large/heavy orders go by courier. UK deliveries are with DPD Local, for overseas customers it's DPD, FedEx or DHL. In all cases these are fully tracked services and you'll need to sign for the delivery - please provide a suitable address with extra instructions if necessary.

Returns

You may return your order unused, within 14 days for a refund if you no longer require it, provided it is returned with its original undamaged packaging and is unused and unmarked. Please note, we do not refund postage unless items were supplied in error or are faulty.

Picking mistakes do sometime happen. If we supply the wrong part or there are parts missing from your order please let us know within 14 days of receipt so that we can correct the mistake. In the case of picking errors we will refund your postage costs on the returned item.

Faulty goods will be replaced with the same item or a suitable equivalent, as appropriate.

TF Tuned cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of returned goods so please ensure you use a tracked and/or insured service as appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning.

"It's a lovely bit of kit, more well thought out, engineered and executed than some dropper levers on the market that feel cheap and nasty by comparison. It works perfectly well with a OneUp V2 as expected and matched with a Hope E4 lever and mount bracket it's a very tidy installation. My only gripe is the sweep of the lever to fully actuate the dropper semes a lot shorter than with the native lever (which I had to get rid of due to the OneUp V1 lever being incompatible with Hope mount bracket) so I had a few surprisingly quick appearances of the saddle up to the nether regions! Also it is a lot of money for a lever without any form of bracket/bar clamp, however it was in stock and TF delivered it in their usual speedy way and I have no regrets with it at all. "
